Disclaimer
Please read this before you cook, especially for someone with an allergy or a medical diet.
Wash hands and surfaces, keep raw meat apart from ready-to-eat food, and refrigerate leftovers within two hours (one hour above 90°F). Use a food thermometer: poultry and leftovers 165°F, ground meats and egg dishes 160°F, whole cuts of beef, pork and lamb 145°F followed by a 3-minute rest, in line with U.S. government food-safety guidance.
Recipes may contain or be prepared near milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish or shellfish. Read every ingredient label. A swap we suggest is a cooking idea and is not a promise that the result is safe for an allergy.
We publish no calorie or nutrient figures. Nothing on this site is medical, dietary or nutritional advice; ask your doctor or a registered dietitian if you follow a medical diet.
Ovens, pans and ingredients differ, so trust the visual and temperature cues in each recipe over the clock.
Beech Tree Recipe Book is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any brand, grocery chain, appliance maker or other recipe website, and the recipes do not depend on any brand.
Statements about the size of our collection describe the recipes in our own database as of the date on the page. This website publishes a selection; see the recipe index.
